{"id":958,"date":"2023-03-01T10:43:06","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T09:43:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/makit.edu.umontpellier.fr\/?page_id=958"},"modified":"2023-03-20T14:07:14","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T13:07:14","slug":"gaukhar-konuspayeva","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/makit.edu.umontpellier.fr\/fr\/fellows\/fellows-visiting-scientists\/gaukhar-konuspayeva\/","title":{"rendered":"Gaukhar Konuspayeva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professor of food biotechnology at Al-Farabi University, Almaty, Kazakhstan and consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Gaukhar Konuspayeva is a graduate of the University of Montpellier where she obtained her Ph.D. in Food Sciences and HDR.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Konuspayeva worked for FAO in Saudi Arabia at the Camel Research Center in Al-jouf (2010-2012), and then the Kharj Center (2012-2015) where she developed extensive work on the composition and processing of camel milk. She then carried out extensive expertise on this subject in Kazakhstan, Morocco and Mauritania with FAO, as well as Tunisia for the private sector. She is also a partner of the EU project CAMELMILK (PRIMA program).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Konuspayeva participated in numerous international conferences, organizing the 4th international ISOCARD (International Society of Camelid Research and Development) conference at Almaty in 2015.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"MAK&#039;IT - Presentation video - Gaukhar Konuspayeva ( VISITING SCIENTIST 2020-2021)\" width=\"730\" height=\"411\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/whMcY8U-ix4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The camel milk sector is strongly growing at international level.
